Pakistan The Richest country in natural resources
Thar coal reserves have 175 billion tonnes of coal, which is equivalent to 618 billion barrels of crude oil recently informed by VC of The university of the Punjab. Following is the list of top 5 oil reserve countries of the world:
175 billion tons of Thar according to Professor Dr Mujahid Kamran equal 618 billion barrels of crude oil.
This is more than twice if we compare it with oil reserves of KSA and equal to total oil reseves of top 4 countries.
If like KSA, we utilize about 10 million of it per day, it would suffice for more than 200 years. Not to forget other resources that Pakistan have when compared with KSA. For example, we have largest gold/copper ore deposits at Saindak (Baluchistan) dying to be expoited.
Under the barren mountains of Balochistan and hot sands of Sindh, there is unlimited amount of oil and gas reserves not touched yet. And still further, we have furtile lands of Punjab, ready to feed a population twice as big as we are now, the best irrigation system (waiting for more water reservoirs to enrich it), and the best qulaity cotton and rice. Last but not the least, we have brave Pushtoons, the vigor of courage that is essential for a nation. We have population, young brains and exploding urban middle class to enrich the intellectual and culture needs of the nation.
What else we want? It is pedalogical to know that Saudi Arabia only sells about 9 million Barrels of Oil per day. It has the best infrastructure in the world, with a cradle to grave welfare system for its citizens, superb freeways, fantastic hospitals and an infrastructure that is the envy of the world. Pakistan’s credit crunch in temporary. Once the country gets over the hump in the next few years, it can begin improving its infrastructure which is the best in South Asia even now. We hope it to be true soon.

hi -how might the caliphate start? would a candidate stand in the pakistan elections, or is a civil war needed? tom
Hello Tom,
Hizb ut-Tahrir has a methodology for the establishment of the caliphate in the Muslim world which does not involve standing in the elections or civil war. You can find further resources on this subject at http://www.hizb.org.uk
“Hizb ut-Tahrir adopts the methodology employed by the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) when he established the first Islamic State in Madinah. The Prophet Muhammad limited his struggle for the establishment of the Islamic State to intellectual and political work. He established this Islamic state without resorting to violence. He worked to mobilise public opinion in favour of Islam and endeavoured to sway the political and intellectual elites of the time. Despite the persecution and boycott of the Prophet Muhammad and the early Muslims, they never resorted to violence.”
what are you talking about? Your prophet spent most of his career in a state of war with “the rest” of the population, and massacred the prisoners from the Banu Qurayzah tribe. the idea that islam was established peacefully is a complete fiction, is it not?
Tom
It is true that the state established by Prophet Muhammed (SAW) was done peacefully. There was no war or militancy involved.
The incident you refer to was after the establishment of the state, when the tribe of Banu Qurayzah (citizens of the state) commited a heneous and treachoous crime of treason at the time when madinah was held under siege by a alliance of many enemy tribes. The punishment meeted out to them could have been much harsher and would have been completely understandable.
Tom Watson : Before you criticize our great Prophet Mohammed, who was a mercy for mankind, dont forget that your own terrorist country Nazi Britain killed 100 million people in the colonies and looted the whole world with both hands. Asia and Africa both are poor because of the colonial terrorism and colonial theft of your Fascist Britain.
Truth,
Nazi London
salaam tom,
now …im not quite sure what you are takking about –
have u read what the previous author from hizbut-tehrir even said ?
which bit do you disagree with ?
yes of course the prophet (pbuh) spent much of his career
after hijrat engaged in wars inflicted on the early muslims, by vastly bigger forces should i add.
the fact that he managed these onslaughts in an exemplary manner which was never seen before or since is a testimony to his character.
As for the Banu Qurayzah tribe incident and all events leading to it – I really think you study all the facts , especially the background, before you make such judgements.
It suffices to say, in all societies there are punishments for treachery and repeated at that.

the article says “we have largest gold/copper ore deposits at Saindak (Baluchistan) dying to be exploited.”
sorry but that is not true.
the largest gold mines are in USA not Pakistan. By ratio of our countries size we can say the reserves are pretty big. probably top 5 in the world. but not THE LARGEST
You have missed out many other things we have including salt ranges… marble… gas and oil… including offshore oil in the sea…
we also have a large area in sindh where wind blows in one direct almost all year which can generate crazy amounts of electricity with wind turbines.
you have also missed that we produce more wheat than any country of our size and our production alone is enough to feel paksitan afghanistan iran and a few more countries.
